5 Mistakes To Avoid When Building Your Home

Want to build your own home in Perth instead of visiting boring display homes for sale in Perth? We say: go for it! But be sure not to make any of the mistakes below, as they can be costly for you!

Poor Space Planning

Too many people and future homeowners do not take into account the space that are going to need, or not need for their homes. So in the end of the day, the find that their key rooms (bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen) are either too small or large and that does not work with the rest of the home. So take your time and ensure that planning is spot on as you will save yourself plenty of problems down the line

Poorly lit homes

You want light in your home, so you have to plan for it. A lot of homeowners forget to plan for the light factor and they end up in the dark too often. So that is why if you consider both natural and artificial light, then you will find that your home will be ready and set for anytime during the year.

Under-utilised room

Sometimes you just don’t plan it right and there is a room that is just left there that is not really going to do anything useful. So the best way is to make sure that every room in your plans is utilised to its max potential. This will then ensure that every room in your home is perfect from head to toe!

Placement of the bedroom

Where your put your bedroom is one key thing that you should not forget about. Too often too many people forget about it. That is why we suggest that you take extra time to consider where your bedroom placed in the midst of your home. Don’t keep it too close to your kitchen or too far from your bathroom. You need to get the right balance to ensure that your home works in perfect tandem – and your bedroom is central to that.

Letting someone tell you what YOU need!

Thankfully, you do not have to worry about this all on your own. When it comes to getting your home built, you should be consulting and looking to hire luxury home builders in Perth to help you with the process. • Timo Boll

Born in 1981, Timo Boll is one of the best table tennis players in the world. Boll made a name for himself when he won the Cadet team, Cadet doubles and Cadet singles titles at the European Youth Championships in 1995. After moving up to the juniors, he was the runner-up in the Junior singles in 1996. He later won the Junior Singles title in 1997 and 1998. His progress up the ranks didn’t slow down and he soon became one of the top players in Europe and the world. He has played in World Cup, Euro Top 12 and even the World Championships.

  • Michael Maze

Michael Maze gained the attention of the world when he defeated Werner Schlager (Austria) during the 2009 Liebherr European Championships in front of a massive crowd at the Porsche Arena in Stuttgart. This, however, doesn’t mean that his conquests began here. In 1996, he took home the Singles title and the silver medal in the Boy’s doubles final. Years later, he won the Senior Singles title at the 2004 Euro Top 12. The 2009 European Championships was where he had his first major international win in a career that had started more than ten years earlier. Unfortunately, he was soon injured after this victory and while the road to recovery was a long one, he had to retire in March 2016.

  • Vladimir Samsonov

His highest achievement was making it to the World Championships in 1999. And while he didn’t claim the prestigious title, he has played in many events and won many titles during his long professional career. Examples include the European Youth Championships in 1999 where his team claimed the Cadet team title, the 1992 European Youth Championships where he snagged three titles, the Euro Top 12 in which he participated from 1995, and the World Cup just to name a few.

  • Daniela Dodean

Born in 1988, Daniela has many achievements as a pro table tennis player. She won the 2002 European Youth Championship Cadet title as well as the Junior title in 2005 and 2006. In 2008, she won the Under 21 Women’s Singles title at the Slovenian Open, Kuwait Open and Qatar Open. In 200, she won the gold medal together with her partner at the European Championship, marking her first big title.

  •  Biljana Golic

Born in Yugoslavia but now a US resident, she is best known for her killer looks and sexy outfits, two things that are hardly associated with table tennis. Her father taught her how to play table tennis and by the age of 16, Biljana Golic was already making a name for herself. She represented her country in 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2003 World Championships. And while she didn’t progress beyond the first few rounds of the competition, her leap to the success started when she moved to the US in 2003 and later became the brand ambassador of Killerspin.
