Joseph is a civil and structural engineer with over forty years experience, a veteran of the construction industry - having handled projects ranging from building bridges, commercial construction to domestic housing.

Edrich is an experienced builder with a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of building - from framing to fixing and project supervision. Edrich has worked on several building projects in the past 10 years and built many houses.

Edrich has also held number of positions in Accounting, Finance and Credit Management departments, during his tenure with Telstra Corporation Ltd.

Alfred Homes has developed a strategy for delivering high quality building projects for their clients. Our aim is to provide the highest level of customer service by maintaining constant lines of communication with our clients, clarifying all stages of the building process from design, documentation, and permit applications through to procurement and construction. This process of reviewing together with close liaisons with all of our clients will not only ensure the timely completion but also that their needs are being heard and fulfilled.

Alfred Homes understand that the building process is a team effort. Therefore we will bring together all the stakeholders including the Client, Designers, the Architect, the Builder and Subcontractors and utilize their specialist skills to the overall process thereby guaranteeing a successful project.
